John Blake has acquired an autobiography by actress and fashion designer Sadie Frost.
The publisher was approached by Frost's literary agent Simon Benham, and the deal for world rights was struck for a five-figure sum.
Blake said it was "an amazing story", which would include "all the gossip" about Frost's two marriages: firstly to Spandau Ballet's Gary Kemp, whom she married at 16, and subsequently to actor Jude Law, whom she divorced six years ago.
The book will also cover her unusual bohemian childhood as the daughter of psychedelic artist David Vaughn and Frost's close friendship with supermodel Kate Moss.
Frost, whose acting credentials include the 1992 film "Bram Stoker's Dracula" and a number of music videos for bands such as Spandau Ballet and Pulp, has four children and runs
her own fashion label Frost French.
Blake said: "You couldn't wish for more in an autobiography. We haven't discussed the finer detail, but we would expect it to contain pretty much everything.
"The thing about Sadie is she has a very good sense of humour, and is very self-deprecating, so she is prepared to send herself up.
"We were thrilled to be offered it."
Blake said Frost had "liked our energy and commitment more than other publishers".
The book, which does not yet have a firm title and is being ghost-written, will be positioned as the firm's lead book next autumn, published as a "big hardback".
Blake said: "It's a nice book for us to get, it is a bit of a change of pace."
