Bertram Library Services regains library stock supply contract

Bertram Group's Bertram Library Services (BLS) has regained a contract for library stock supply in the North of England.

BLS has regained the North West and Yorkshire Consortium business for library stock supply to 36 local authority libraries in the North of England (specifically their Adult F & NF stock, along with Reference Standing Orders).

Ian Hunt, m.d. of Bertram Library Services, said: “This is an important win as part of our Education growth strategy, which is evidently gaining recognition within the market.  Re-acquiring a former contract can be a tougher challenge than a totally new contract as there’s often more to prove, or relationships to rebuild. The team involved have over 70 years’ experience of the library business collectively, so I directly attribute this acquisition to their expertise, enthusiasm and passion for this sector”.

The contract runs until at least June 2022.
