BBC Books, an imprint of Ebury, is set to publish Mary Berry’s Foolproof Cooking as a TV tie-in for Berry's six-part BBC Two series airing in the New Year.
Featuring 120 "straightforward, quick and simple" new recipes from the series, the publisher said the book leads the way to "culinary confidence" for its inclusion of Berry's "foolproof" tips and "no-fuss" advice.
Berry said: "Foolproof has been a sheer joy to write, every single recipe tested and enjoyed by my family. I give every possible detail for success and it is cram-jam full of cooking tips."
Lizzy Gray, BBC Books and Ebury Press publishing director, said: "Mary is the queen of home cooking, loved for her delicious, reliable recipes and expertise. We are delighted to be publishing Mary’s stunning new TV tie-in, which takes the stress out of cooking for family and friends."
Mary Berry’s Foolproof Cooking will be published in hardback by BBC Books on 28th January, priced £25.
