Four Culture c.e.o. Dottie Irving said: “One of the guiding principles of Four Culture is that we spot and nurture talent and work hard to encourage and retain our brilliant staff. It’s been a source of great pleasure to me to see Chris develop his skills over the last 10 years. His promotion is very well deserved.”
Baker will be the only associate director at Four Culture where the senior management structure also includes practice director Truda Spruyt, creative director Matt Railton and account director Hannah Davies.
