BA sets out new fees

<p>Richard Lewis</p><p>The Booksellers Association has proposed a radical upgrade of its membership fees. The new structure, designed to make the organisation's subscription system "fairer and more transparent", will be put to the vote at the forthcoming BA conference in Dublin.</p><p>Under the proposals, two categories of membership will be created: retail and non-retail (to include wholesalers and suppliers).
