Avon is to publish two new novels from Kindle bestselling author Tracy Buchanan.
Editorial director Helen Huthwaite acquired UK & Commonwealth rights (excluding Canada) to a psychological thriller titled No Turning Back, and a second as-yet-untitled novel from Caroline Hardman at Hardman & Swainson.
No Turning Back features local radio talk-show host Anna, whose life is turned upside down when a schoolboy tries to kill her baby in a seemingly random attack. In the scuffle to save her daughter, Anna kills the boy. At first she’s hailed a hero by the media and the public, until a connection between them is uncovered and the tides turn.
Huthwaite said: “I am delighted that Avon will continue to publish the supremely talented Tracy Buchanan. It has been a joy to see so many readers discovering her compelling novels over recent months; we couldn’t be more proud of the success she has achieved in 2015, and we have no doubt that we will see her reach even greater heights in 2016.”
Buchanan is also the author of My Sister's Secret (Avon) and The Atlas of Us (Avon)
Avon will publish No Turning Back in Summer 2016.
