Authors attack Reed and LBF on arms fairs

<p>A group of prizewinning authors including JM Coetzee and AS Byatt have called upon the London Book Fair's organisers to end their involvement in the global arms trade. The group have condemned LBF organiser Reed Exhibitions for its portfolio of arms fairs "which grease the wheels of the global weapons trade." Last year Reed held Europe's largest arms fair, Defence Systems and Equipment International, at ExCel.
