Head of Zeus imprint Aria is to publish three novels by Linn B Halton.
Editorial director Hannah Smith acquired world English rights to three books from Sara Keane at the Keane Kataria Literary Agency. The first title, Coming Home to Penvennan Cove, will publish in e-book on 8th October 2020. The second title will follow in 2022, with no publication date set for the third title.
Set in a small Cornish village, Penvennan, Kerra has left London to settle down in the place she grew up. After selling her tech business, Kerra is now at a crossroads in her life, unsure of what the future holds. To fully understand what she wants, Kerra needs the help of old and new friends.
Halton commented: "I’m thrilled to have signed a three-book contract with Aria and it’s so exciting to be working with their wonderful team to launch my new novel, Coming Home to Penvennan Cove. The first in a series set on the romantic Cornish coast, it is a story about new beginnings and the importance of home and family. It's also about a community looking after their own and I can’t wait to share it with readers."
Smith added: "Linn is a masterclass storyteller and from the moment I began to read I was immediately transported to Cornwall, where I fell in love with brilliant characters and devoured a story that was both uplifting, hopeful and full of warmth. We’re all thrilled to be publishing her here at Aria."
