Arcadia gets fresh investment

<p>Independent publisher Arcadia is to receive new investment from Andrew Gifford, one of the primary early investors in Fourth Estate.
Arcadia said the deal would give Gifford a "substantial minority" share in the publisher.

Arcadia's founder and publisher Gary Pulsifer will remain as the majority shareholder. The deal was brokered by Piers Russell Cobb of MediaFund, who will also take a shareholding, along with Arcadia's co-director Daniela de Groote.
