A sketch from "Harry Hill's TV Burp" is to be the subject of a knitting book acquired by Anova.
Katie Cowan, publisher for Anova's Collins & Brown imprint, bought world English-language rights for The K Factor from Avalon Management Group. The book has designs for 15 characters from the section of the show called "The K Factor: So You Think You Can Knit?", which parodies "The X Factor". Patterns in the book include a knitted Simon Cowell.
Cowan said: "I've been a fan of Harry Hill for more years than I care to admit and I'm thrilled to have this on the Collins & Brown list. It will be a fitting celebration of the phenomenally successful 'K Factor'."
Hill said: "This book is to the 'K Factor' what the Bayeux Tapestry is to the Battle of Hastings."
The title will be released in March 2011 in hardback, costing £9.99.
