Amazon Charts: Osman and Partridge double up

Richard Osman's The Thursday Murder Club (Penguin) has topped the Amazon Charts' Most-Sold: Fiction top 20 for a second week running, in the same week its hardback claimed a second week atop the UK Official Top 50 chart through Nielsen BookScan's Total Consumer Market.

The crime title earned the tag "conversation starter", meaning its readers took the least amount of time to review it after finishing.

Despite the avalanche of new titles onto the virtual shelves right now, the highest new entry in the Most-Sold: Fiction chart was Frank Herbert's Dune (Gateway), originally published in the 1960s, as the trailer for the Timothee Chalamet-starring film adaptation dropped last week.

Alan Partridge's Audible exclusive podcast From the Oasthouse (Audible) also swiped a second week as the Most-Sold: Non-Fiction number one, with Jay Shetty's Think Like a Monk (Thorsons) soaring straight into second place in its first week on sale.
