The Alliance of Independent Authors is to release a handbook helping self-published writers to take their work from the start of the writing process to the market.
The manual, out in October, will go to members and be available as an e-book for non-members. Alliance founder Orna Ross said: "It's being put together from lots of contributions from different members, with advice that covers every step of the process. It will be tailored to help writers in different markets, in the US, the UK, Australasia, and hopefully India and South Africa."
The alliance launched in April and has 300 members.
