The 250th anniversary of the birth of William Wordsworth next April will see not just new publishing to mark the occasion but also the completion of an ambitious £6.2m project surrounding Dove Cottage, the home in Grasmere, in the Lake District, where the poet lived with his sister Dorothy during crucial creative years from 1799 to 1808, after his return from revolutionary France.
