Weekly E-Ranking: race for the Whitehouse

Just as it has done in almost every bestseller list The Bookseller has produced this week, Paula Hawkins’ The Girl on the Train grabbed the number one spot in the Weekly E-Book Ranking. It is Hawkins’ eighth number one in the 22 weeks of the ranking, and her seventh in the last nine weeks. And, for the 19th consecutive week, a Penguin Random House title claims the e-book pole position, though that feat has been achieved by just three authors: Hawkins (seven weeks of PRH’s consecutive weeks streak), Jojo Moyes (11) and Jilly Cooper (one).
