Weekly E-Ranking: Hurt continues for Kay’s rivals

Every time we count Adam Kay out, he returns. This is Going to Hurt bounced back into the Weekly E-Book Ranking top spot, defeating Liane Moriarty’s Nine Perfect Strangers after its one-week stay at the summit. The junior doctor memoir, which last week surpassed the 700,000-unit mark in paperback, has now notched up a 14th week as the weekly digital number one. That 19-week number one record, jointly held by Paula Hawkins’ The Girl on the Train and Gail Honeyman’s Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine, is suddenly looking a lot closer.
