The Owl and Pyramid Bookshop in Seaton celebrated Independent Bookshop Week by hosting a book club for year 6 pupils on Saturday 1st July.

On Thursday 29th June, Goldsboro Books held its annual Crime in the Court event, where it announced the longlist for the inaugural Goldsboro Books Glass Bell Award.

Beano’s Iain Sawbridge, ceo Fiona Hickley, Emma Scott, Anne Sarrag and Sue Wilkinson also attended the event. 


Allie Esiri, winner of the children's book category in the Independent Bookseller's Week awards, was awarded her prize at her local independent bookshop Lutyens and Rubinstein on Saturday 24th June.
