Cycle couriers help Wenner’s bookshops become Germany’s first climate-neutral bookseller

When bookseller Jonas Wenner decided in 2016 to deliver book orders by bicycle courier at his two locations in northern Germany, he called this service a marketing tool with a green message. Four years on, Bücher Wenner in Osnabrück and its sister store, Bültmann & Gerriets in nearby Oldenburg, are the country’s first climate-neutral bookshops.
