Paul Kemp-Robertson and Chris Barth have been exploring this question since 2004, when they co-founded Contagious Communications: an agency that helps helps brands understand and adapt to shifts in marketing, consumer culture and technology. This year the pair have distilled their wisdom into a book, The Contagious Commandments: Ten Steps to Brand Bravery, published by Portfolio Penguin this month.
In just over two weeks, Kemp-Robertson will speak on a panel at FutureBook Live 2018, where he'll disucss 'Cutting Through the Noise: How to Market in a Post-GDPR, Post-Influencer Age'. As a teaser for the session, Kemp-Robertson sat down with Barth to discuss some of the issues and opportunities that book brands face now.
