FutureBook Awards, Best of Lockdown
Twenty-seven companies or individuals have been selected across five categories - Book, Retail, Event, Campaign and Startup - for this year's FutureBook Awards, celebrating the best of publishing during lockdown.
Of this year's shortlist, the Bookseller's editor Philip Jones said, 'The 150 submissions showed the sector at its best, and I am only sorry that we could not shortlist them all. It’s been an exceptional period of change and renewal, with the reader, as always, at the heart.'
The finalists in each of the categories will present their projects live during the FutureBook Conference and answer questions from the audience. Plus, in a FutureBook first, delegates watching the sessions will vote for their winner.
The winners of the two remaining categories, Person of the Year and Team of the Year, are to be revealed ahead of the conference.
