- When is the deadline for all entries?
The deadline is Friday 19th February 2016.
- What is the timescale for submissions?
All submissions should cover the 12-month period from 1st February 2015 to 1st February 2016.
- Who is eligable to enter the awards?
The awards are open to the UK and Ireland.
- What kind of supplementary evidence should be provided?
This partly depends on the category you are entering. Examples are included in the criteria for each category but as a general guideline it can be evidence such as photos, customer feedback, financial statements (if relevant and this will always be kept confidential), screen grabs, press cuttings and event reviews.

- Is there a fee to enter the awards?
No, the awards are free to enter.

Booking Terms and Conditions
TABLE / SEAT BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Upon completion and return of the booking registration form, you may opt for invoice or credit card payment. If you are paying by invoice, payment must be received 30 days prior to the awards, Monday 9th May 2014. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the awards if payment has not been received. Should you have any queries or problems with payment, please contact Jo Bettyes (email@example.com).
The Bookseller Table / Seat Bookings Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy
1.You may substitute delegates at any time by providing reasonable advance notice to The Bookseller. All name amendments must be made at least three working days prior to any event by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
2. If a registrant is unable to attend, and providing the conference organisers are informed in writing by the final date for payment that is displayed on the website for the event in question, a registrant can leave the fee paid with the organisers as payment towards a place at the same event or another Bookseller Conferences event that takes place in the 12 months following the originally booked event.
3.Where the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her place to another person or to another event, then the following refund arrangements apply:
a. Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fees.
b. Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees.
c. Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund
In the event that The Bookseller cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Bookseller event to be mutually agreed with Bookseller within 12 months from the date of cancellation.
In the event that Bookseller postpones an event for any reason and the delegate is unable or unwilling to attend in on the rescheduled date, you will receive a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid. You may use this credit for another Bookseller event to be mutually agreed with Bookseller within 12 months from the date of postponement.
Except as specified above, no credits will be issued for cancellations. There are no refunds given under any circumstances.
Only one discount will be applied at any given time and discounts cannot be used concurrently. The price paid at booking is final. No additional discounts will be applied, nor will bookings be amended to reflect new offers or prices. The Bookseller reserves the right to refuse to amend bookings at all times.
