November 2020: Paperback Previews

Things are quietening down in paperback land this month, making room for the big Christmas hardbacks. But there are still gems out in paperback this month, from my Editor’s Choices to some prize-winning titles, including Irenosen Okojie’s Nudibranch, a short story collection containing the Caine Prize-winning “Grace Jones”, and Derek Owusu’s That Reminds Me, which recently won him the Desmond Elliott Prize. A new Slough House novella from Mick Herron will be in many a Christmas stocking, I’d imagine, while “Killing Eve” afficionados will appreciate Luke Jennings’ conclusion to his trilogy.
