November 2019 Paperback Previews

Paperback numbers have reduced dramatically this month, making way for the slew of glossy Christmas hardbacks. But there are still some gems to be found, as highlighted in my picks: I’d particularly draw your attention towards Matt Bates’ new list at Muswell Press—the former WHS Travel fiction buyer is curating a list reissuing the classics of gay writing. Also of note is Vintage’s new Vintage Voyages series, a “world of journey” from writers, and the new Fantastic Beasts screenplay— the only title in top sellers this month—is bound to be huge.
