February 2020 Paperback Previews

Literary fiction is going to be big this February, with a plethora of publishing in this sphere from authors including Christy Lefteri (The Beekeeper of Aleppo), Valeria Luiselli (the Booker and Women’s prize-longlisted Lost Children Archive), and Marlon James, with the African fantasy epic Black Leopard, Red Wolf. Crime readers are also well catered for—I’ve included Don Winslow’s incredible The Border in my picks, but Chris Brookmyre’s Fallen Angel is also excellent, and there’s also the new Mick Herron.
