Yachtswoman biog for New Holland

New Holland has acquired rights for British yachtswoman Sam Davies' autobiography.

Davies has spent the past three months doing a single-handed round the world yacht race, the Vendée Globe, which she is set to finish in third place tomorrow (Saturday). Davies has kept online diary entries, photos and podcasts to keep the world up-to-date on her progress as she travels in her
pink boat.

The publisher said the book will track the highs and lows of her latest and most gruelling challenge to date and will be publishing the book in autumn this year. Aruna Vasudevan, publisher, bought international rights from the author herself.
