Three Sam Bournes for HC
16.04.10 | Benedicte Page
HarperCollins publishing director Jane Johnson has signed up three new books from journalist Jonathan Freedland writing as Sam Bourne.
She bought UK and Commonwealth rights from Jonny Geller at Curtis Brown for a "very significant" sum. Johnson said it had been a "superb team effort" to take the novelist "from a standing start to being the UK's bestselling thriller writer with sales of well over one million on TCM in less than five years".
