Three more Harlan Coben for Orion
16.10.12 | Charlotte Williams
Orion has acquired three further adult novels by thriller writer Harlan Coben, with the first of these to be a standalone title.
Fiction publishing director Jon Wood bought UK and Commonwealth rights in the three books from Lisa Erbach-Vance of the Aaron Priest agency.
The first title, Six Years, will be a "major" standalone thriller to be published in April 2013. Orion reports that "a ground-breaking" marketing and publicity campaign will accompany its release, and Coben will tour the UK on publication. The next two novels will follow in 2014 and 2015.
Wood said: "It's a real privilege to work with an author as talented and professional as Harlan Coben. Few other authors have produced such a consistently brilliant body of thrillers. I'm so pleased and excited that he has chosen to keep publishing them with us."
Coben's latest book, Seconds Away, which continued the Mickey Bolitar series, was published last week, on 11th October.
