Random House and the Chorleywood Bookshop in Hertfordshire are to run a cookery book festival for the second year running.
Now named the Happy Foodie Festival, it will run on 28th September at the Royal Masonic School for Girls, with authors including Lindsey Barham, Michael Caines, Ms Cupcake [jammy dodgers pictured], Dean Edwards, Alexis Gauthier, "The Great British Bake Off"'s James Morton, Tony Kitou, Shelina Permalloo, Cleo Rocos and more.
Vintage publicity director Lisa Gooding said: "We are passionate about our cookery list and we know there are plenty of foodies out there who are just as passionate as we are. We wanted to give them the opportunity to meet our authors and be inspired. We are also thrilled to be working with the excellent independent Chorleywood Bookshop for a second year running."
Chorleywood bookshop owners Sheryl Shurville and Morag Watkins said: "We are delighted to be working in partnership with Random House on this exciting festival, welcoming such amazing talent to Chorleywood. Community is at the heart of what we do at our bookshop and we pride ourselves on taking the shop out to the local community and beyond."
Single event tickets are £10. A full day ticket, including 50% off any book by an author on the programme, is £25.
