Rodríguez Huber joins Bonnier
29.10.12 | Charlotte Williams
Bonnier Publishing has appointed Martin Rodríguez Huber to the newly created role of group Latin American sales director, as part of the company's strategy to treble the size of its business in the region.
Rodríguez Huber will join in early 2013 and report directly to the group c.o.o., Sharon Parker. He joins from Kingfisher where he is currently director of international rights sales.
He will be responsible for growing sales in Latin America for Templar, Weldon Owen UK, Autumn Publishing, The Five Mile Press and Piccolia. Hot Key Books will continue to be sold into these markets by Hot Key Books rights director, Ruth Logan.
Bonnier Publishing c.e.o. Richard Johnson said: "I am delighted that Martin is going to be joining us at Bonnier Publishing as we have significant plans to treble the size of our business in the Latin American region.
"We feel this can only be achieved through bringing in someone of Martin’s reputation, ability and contacts and we can’t wait for him to start."
