Quadrille buys Star of India title

Quadrille has acquired a title by TV chef and owner of London restaurant The Star of India Reza Mahammad, entitled Reza's Indian Spice.
Editorial director Anne Furniss bought world rights through Diana Beaumont of Rupert Heath, with plans to publish in June as a £17.99 hardback. The book will feature 100 recipes showcasing Mahammad's knowledge of and passion for Indian flavours.
Furniss said: "Reza's ability to mix Indian techniques and flavours with easily available western ingredients makes for delicious and accessible recipes, perfect for every occasion. If you love the taste of Indian but don't always want traditional dishes, this is the book for you."
Mahammad appears an an expert chef on ITV's "This Morning".
