Pottermore Shop launches gifting service
19.11.12 | Benedicte Page
The Pottermore Shop has launched a gifting service enabling the delivery of Harry Potter e-books and digital audiobooks via email on any chosen date.
Shoppers buy the gift via shop.pottermore.com, and can add a personal message, as well as selecting the date on which the e-book or audiobook should arrive.
Gifts can be bought up to six months in advance or on the day of delivery.
Recipients can download any e-book/audiobook up to eight times, so that they can be read on multiple devices.
The Pottermore Shop—part of J K Rowling's free-to-use Harry Potter website Pottermore—is the only retailer of the Harry Potter e-books and digital audiobooks, and is partnered by Sony.
