The late Sir Terry Pratchett’s final novel, The Shepherd’s Crown (Doubleday Children’s), was released today (27th August).
The book is part of Pratchett’s series about young witch Tiffany Aching, who has appeared in other Discworld novels.
Waterstones held midnight openings in London Piccadilly, Oxford and Newcastle for the release of Pratchett’s 41st book, with dedicated fans using the event to celebrate Pratchett’s work. At Waterstones Piccadilly Rob Wilkins, Pratchett's friend and assistant, read from The Shepherd's Crown and stamped books with a unique dated stamp.
