Pickering to Random House

Penguin General publicity manager Joe Pickering will join Random House imprints Jonathan Cape and The Bodley Head as publicity director in May.
Current publicity director Chloe Johnson-Hill will be moving into a newly created Random House Group role, working on group events, with more details to follow.
Pickering, who joined Penguin from Simon & Schuster over three-and-a-half years ago, will take up his post at the Random House Vintage imprints on 8th May, reporting into divisional publicity director Christian Lewis. His last day at Penguin is 27th April.
