Pan Macmillan has acquired a collection of short stories from bestselling crime and thriller writer Peter James, with publishing director Wayne Brookes buying UK and Commonwealth rights through agent Carole Blake at Blake Friedmann.
Macmillan plans to release one of the stories as an e-book this Christmas, with the first collection to be released digitally in spring 2012. The publisher intends to release a physical edition of the collected stories in a couple of years' time.
