Nook tablets go on sale in UK

As anticipated, the Nook tablet e-readers, the Nook HD and HD+, have gone on sale in the UK today (Thursday 22nd November).
A statement from Barnes & Noble said the tablets were arriving on shelves at Blackwell's, Foyles, John Lewis, Argos, Asda, Dixons, Sainsbury's and Waitrose, and "will start arriving throughout the week to customers who pre-ordered the device online".
Jamie Iannone, president of Nook Media, said: "Pre-orders have exceeded our expectations and we look forward to UK customers being able to experience these stunning new tablets."
