New e-book short from King

Authors Stephen King and Stewart O’Nan are embarking on a new short fiction project to be released by Hodder as an e-book original on 21st August.

A Face In The Crowd will tell the tale of a grieving widower who notices faces from his past in the stands at a baseball game.

Bestselling author King and O’Nan previously collaborated on Faithful, about the Boston Red Sox baseball team’s 2004 championship season.

The UK rights were acquired from Chuck Verrill at Darhansoff & Verill Agency in New York. Simon & Schuster will publish in America.

Hodder will also publish a simultaneous audio edition.
