Mercury's mother gives biography interview

Freddie Mercury’s mother has given an exclusive interview to the Telegraph to coincide with publication of a new illustrated biography of her son, which will be published by Carlton imprint Goodman on 13th September.

Freddie Mercury: The Great Pretender, A Life in Pictures will come with a CD featuring an hour-long interview recorded by the singer.

The Carlton publicity team took a copy of the book, which will feature rare and previously unseen photos of the legendary Queen singer, to his mother Jer Bulsara’s house and interviewed her about the title. The interview will be featured exclusively in the Telegraph on 8th September.
