Conville & Walsh has appointed Alexandra McNicoll as joint head of translation rights.
McNicoll will share the newly created role with Jake Smith-Bosanquet.

McNicoll joined the agency in 2008 as part of the translation rights' department, and covers work sold into Brazil, Greece, France, Israel, the Netherlands and Poland, as well as through associate agents in Japan, China, Taiwan, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia.
