The Independent Publishers Guild will hold its 2015 conference from 4th to 6th March.
The IPG Independent Publishing Awards ceremony, celebrating the achievements of IPG members in various fields over the current year, will be held on the evening of 5th March.
For the fifth year the conference and the awards will take place at the Crowne Plaza Heythrop Park in Oxfordshire.
IPG chief executive Bridget Shine said: “Our 2014 Annual Conference will be a tough act to follow, but we are looking forward to making the 2015 conference even more stimulating and enjoyable. Our members tell us that the conference is one of the highlights of the publishing year, and we urge them to put the dates in their diaries and join us in March. We guarantee there will be plenty at Heythrop Park to inspire each and every one of them.”
Faber c.e.o. Stephen Page gave the keynote address at the 2014 conference, telling the audience that publishers should not "surrender the ground we know" even though "there are a lot of people doing a lot of things we used to do". The 2015 keynote speaker has yet to be confirmed.
