Independent publisher Legend Press is hosting a pop-up shop in The Prince’s Trust Tomorrow’s Store in London throughout March.
The company launched in 2005 with the help of a grant from The Trust and will display titles in the Liverpool Street shop while hosting a series of pop-up events throughout the month.
Tom Chalmers, founder and m.d of Legend Press, said: “The Prince’s Trust is a fantastic charity, which has been an invaluable supporter of the company since we began in 2005. Pop-up shops are currently proving hugely successful across London and we are thrilled to be hosting one in their brilliant store, and also showcasing our products alongside other creative businesses.”
The store is entirely stocked by young entrepreneurs who have set-up in business with support from The Prince's Trust Enterprise programme. All profits are reinvested in The Prince’s Trust to fund more programmes to help young people.
Legend Press products will be available to buy at the store from Monday 3rd March to Friday 28th March. Events running alongside the pop-up will include ‘Meet the Author’ with London writers William Thacker and Martin Bannister, as well as ‘Meet the Team’ events.
Sally-Anne Ashley, manager of the shop, said: "Tomorrow’s Store’ offers you an opportunity to view a fantastic range of unique, hand-picked products created by today’s young talent. Alongside the main collections, our young entrepreneurs hold monthly Pop-Ups, this ensures the shop is always fresh and exciting with new products on offer! It’s not just a store… It’s a story. Each product has a unique story behind it."
