Laurence King Publishing (LKP) is releasing a "one of a kind" colouring book based on accurate Ordnance Survey maps, to mark both the 225th anniversary of Ordnance Survey and the 25th anniversary of LKP.
The Great British Colouring Map: A Colouring Journey Around Britain will be published in October, priced £19.95, featuring 55 illustrations taking readers on "an immersive colouring-in journey around Great Britain", highlighting "iconic" cities and tourist spots across England, Scotland and Wales. LKP celebrates its 25th anniversary this September. It has recently seen success with several adult colouring book titles, such as Secret Garden by Johanna Basford. The book has now sold over 11m copies worldwide and is published in 40 countries, according to the publisher. LKP also publishes colouring book titles Birdtopia by Daisy Fletcher and Enchanted Forest by Basford, with Matthew Williamson: Fashion Print and Colouring due out in September.
