Jones returns to shop floor
06.11.07 | Graeme Neill
Nigel Jones, former sales and marketing co-ordinator at specialist online wildlife and conservation bookseller NHBS Environment Bookstore, has joined a Devonshire independent bookshop as a bookseller.
Jones, who was previously non-fiction buyer at Ottakar's, started at the Totnes Bookshop, Dartington yesterday (Monday). "After 12 years in bookselling - going from unpacker in a store to a buyer
at head office, I have come full circle and am now back on the shop floor as a shop assistant," he said. "Luckily I like books so I'm really looking forward to it."
Jones left Ottakar's following its takeover by Waterstone's last year.
