Pan Macmillan's senior publicist Jacqui Graham is leaving the company after more than 32 years in her role.
During her time at the publisher, Graham has worked on a number of key titles, including Douglas Adams' Hitchikers Guide to the Galaxy, Bret Easton Ellis' Less Than Zero and William Shawcross's biography of the Queen Mother. Graham's final day will be 30th July, but she will continue to work with the company on a freelance basis "on selected authors".
Anthony Forbes Watson, managing director of Pan Macmillan, said: "Jacqui has made an enormous contribution to Pan Macmillan as an exceptional publicist, a loyal and supportive colleague and as a key contributor to Pan Macmillan’s industry-wide reputation for exceptional author care and groundbreaking campaigns.
"We much look forward to retaining our connection as Jacqui will be continuing to work with Pan Macmillan in a freelance capacity on selected authors in the future."
Graham said: "I have had such a wonderful time at Pan and Pan Macmillan over the past three decades and have been privileged to work with the most brilliant people – both publishing colleagues and authors – on some truly remarkable books. I love this industry and look forward to the future."
