Ian Matthews leaves Waterstones
18.07.12 | Lisa Campbell
Waterstones divisional manager for the East region, Ian Matthews, has left with “immediate effect” after 16 years of employment at the company.
Matthews joined the chain retailer in 1996 as a senior bookseller in Basildon, then worked his way up to shop manager before becoming divisional manager by October 2010.
A Waterstones spokesperson said there were “no announcements” about who would be replacing Matthews yet.
