Hutchinson confirms Clinton deal
01.01.70 | Graeme Neill
Hutchinson has confirmed it will publish former US president Bill Clinton's book Back to Work, setting out his plan on how to get America "back into the future business".
Cornerstone m.d. Susan Sandon acquired UK and Commonwealth rights, excluding Canada, from Knopf in the US, which announced it had bought it last week. Hutchinson will publish in hardback and e-book formats in November 2011 with an Arrow paperback edition to be released the following year.
In the book, Clinton gives his thoughts on how the US could come out of the current economic crisis and build a foundation for long-term prosperity, as well as arguing that conflict between government and the private sector has produced some unsuccessful policies, and that cooperation is better than conflict.
