Hodder launches online sf community
06.02.12 | Charlotte Williams
Hodder has launched its first online science-fiction, fantasy and horror community, Hodderscape, at the SFX Weekender in Prestatyn.
Hodderscape comprises a dedicated Facebook page and Twitter feed, manned by the sf, fantasy and horror team at Hodder. It is also running an online competition to find the best "Shelf of Glory", a shelf displaying true SF fan-dom, asking SFX delegates to submit theirs, and another competition will run, pitting Hodder author's Adam Baker and V M Zito against each other in a public vote.
Associate publisher Oliver Johnson said: "Hodderscape represents our commitment to engaging with readers of genre fiction and hearing their voices and sharing with them our enjoyment of all the marvellous new books that Hodder are publishing in the coming months."
