Hodder acquires new Gordon Ramsay
20.01.12 | Charlotte Williams
Hodder & Stoughton has acquired a new cookery book from celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay with the "F-Word" chef previously published by Quadrille and HarperCollins.
Lifestyle editorial director Nicky Ross has bought world publishing rights in Gordon Ramsay's Ultimate Cookery Course through Charles Walker at United Agents.
The book will see Ramsay go "back to basics" to show home cooks how to take everyday food to a new level. It will be published in late summer 2012, coinciding with a new 10-part series produced by Ramsay's production company One Potato, Two Potato.
Ross said: "Gordon is a phenomenal chef but he is also a great communicator. This book will be the go-to reference book for Gordon fans and anyone looking for expert advice on recipes, ingredients and techniques."
