HCCB acquires more Katharine Holabird

Hodder Children's Books has signed up a new picture book series for girls aged 4-7 by the author of the Angelina Ballerina series, Katharine Holabird.
Picture book publisher Emma Layfield acquired world rights in the Twinkle series from Hilary Delamare of @The Agency, and said: "Twinkle is a magical character and promises to be everything little girls dream of." Holabird is teaming up with illustrator Sarah Warburton for the series, with the pair creating the series together.
Twinkle is a fairy whose wings change colour with her moods. The first two books will publish in hardback in autumn 2014, with paperback editions to follow in 2015.
