Perennial editorial director Essie Cousins and assistant editor Georgia Mason will report to Fry. The existing publicity, marketing and cover art and design department heads will also report to her.
Bond said: "I'm delighted to welcome Minna to our team. She has an unrivalled talent, and I'm looking forward to the energy and experience she will bring to the range of publishing across our division." Fry said: "For years I have watched enviously as the Press Books team bought and published books I really loved so I am delighted to have the opportunity to join them. It's a privilege to have such a range of books to work on and such an inspiring set of colleagues."
