Foyles launches e-Foyalty scheme
17.03.10 | Victoria Gallagher
Foyles has today launched an electronic version of its loyalty scheme Foyalty, giving four points, the equivalent of 4p, for every £1 spent.
The points are collected on an electronic card and can be redeemed at any Foyles bookshop, at any time, on any transaction, with the exception of book tokens and purchases from the café at the shop on Charing Cross Road.
The points can be used as part-payment or for the entire payment on a transaction.
Sam Husain, chief executive of Foyles, said: "We are pleased to launch the electronic version of the popular Foyalty card for our loyal customers who value our wide range and expert knowledge and who love books as much as we do."
Holders of the paper Foyalty cards, which launched in 2007, can convert their stamped card to points on the new electronic cards.
Foyalty has been developed in association with Booksolve who also worked on the launch of Foyles Gift Cards in December 2009.
