A start-up digital textbook platform has agreed terms with 12 publishers ahead of a 1st September launch.
Flooved will enable students to view digital textbooks online for a flat subscription fee of £20 a month, or £200 for the year.
Bloomsbury, Momentum Press, Manson, Business Expert Press and ITN News Source have so far made agreements with Flooved, with "one of the big academic publishers" in the pipeline, according to co-founder Hamish Brocklebank.
Flooved enables students to search for a subject across journals, monographs, videos, theses, textbook chapters, news articles and past exam questions.
